Upfront
In the case the candidate ceased to be contractually bound to you, you’ll receive a credit (amount of the paid service fees before taxes) valid for 12 months from the last day the candidate work and only applicable to future service fees. 100% credit if the candidate leaves within 3 months following their starting date.
Instalments
You’ll stop paying the direct debits in the month following the date on which the candidate ceases to form part of your personnel, provided that we were given notice prior to that date.
