After 10 years of an extraordinary journey, we are announcing today the end of talent.io’s operations.

First and foremost, thank you. Thank you to the thousands of you—developers, engineers, companies, recruiters—who believed in this platform and helped it grow. Thanks to you, talent.io became a key player in tech recruitment across Europe. But above all, we are proud that in 10 years, 9,518 engineers found a job through this platform since our launch in March 2015. That is our greatest achievement.

Unfortunately, over the past two years, we have faced several major challenges:

🤖 The impact of AI on the coding sector, deeply transforming recruitment needs,

🌍 The dominance of LinkedIn, which has reshaped the entire tech recruitment market.
